Entering the house, we find a bright living room with a sofa with chaise longue facing the television to the outside area. The kitchen is independent, overlooks the garden and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your days off.

The capacity of the chalet is for 4 people, with one double bedroom and a bunk bed in the other. The bathroom is complete with shower. The house has air conditioning so that your summer has the ideal temperature.

The outside area combines different corners, with a large swimming pool as the main feature, surrounded by sun loungers on the side where there is more sun. In the shadiest part of the plot, there is a barbecue and a table where you can grill your meals.

A little more than 5 minutes’ walk from the house is the Cafalat marina, which offers a variety of boat hire and fishing services.

You will also be in one of the most exclusive urbanisations of the municipality, Calafat, with bars, restaurants, beach bars in summer and a supermarket.
